
Alpha10 Fund Management Limited has launched a new Halal investment fund aimed at widening financial inclusion and giving Nigerians ethical, Sharia-compliant wealth management options.
The fund was inaugurated Wednesday June 3rd in Abuja by Alpha10’s Managing Director/CEO, Abigail Utomi. She said the product broadens investment access for underserved Nigerians while supporting business growth and wealth creation nationwide.
Key features of the Alpha10 Halal Fund in the official launch include a N1,000 minimum entry. This is a low threshold designed to bring in small savers and those at the bottom of the economic pyramid
Sharia-compliant structured to comply with ethical and Islamic finance principles, but open to all investors regardless of faith.
Alpha 10 Halal has adopted a flexible and digital operating system so that investors can add funds anytime and withdraw after a 90-day lock-in. Redemptions are processed within 24 hours vs the 72-hour regulatory limit.
Tech-driven operations on a digital platforms eases monitoring, funding, and redemptions. A mobile app is planned to improve access.

Utomi said Alpha10 focuses on connecting capital owners with businesses needing funding for productive ventures. “Every Nigerian deserves access to wealth management solutions regardless of faith, beliefs or personal preferences,” she added. Abuja’s location will help extend services across Northern Nigeria and beyond.
Board Chairman Chibuzo Ekwekwuo said the fund targets people who avoid conventional banking due to interest concerns. Independent Exec Director Alhaji Mohammed Umar noted it will particularly appeal to Northern residents seeking Shariah-compliant options and help bring more unbanked Nigerians into the formal financial system.
Alpha10 targets returns above industry averages through active portfolio management and technology. Utomi said the goal is wealth creation while supporting economic growth.
