Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, CP Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi, has received a delegation lead by the Commander, Army Headquarters Garrison (AHQ Garrison), Major General JR Lar, at the FCT Police Command Headquarters, Abuja.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, disclosed this in a statement issued to newsmen on Thursday in Abuja.
SP Adeh said during the visit, the Commander acknowledged the existing synergy between the FCT Police Command and the Army Garrison and solicited continued cooperation in intelligence sharing, joint operations and the promotion of camaraderie among personnel of both formations.

Responding, the Commissioner of Police assured the Commander of the Command’s full support and cooperation towards sustaining the security of the Federal Capital Territory.
He further reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to strengthening the existing partnership and fostering greater synergy between both formations, in the discharge of their official responsibilities.
