The Founder of Being Human Foundation for the Less Privileged (BHFLP), Engineer Ambassador Khadija Ibrahim, led a team to Mokwa, Niger State, to provide relief to flood victims.
The non-governmental organization distributed essential materials, including food items, clothes, household products, toiletries, and cash, after inspecting the areas most affected by the flood disaster.
A statement issued and signed by the Founder, Engr. Amb. Khadija Kuburat Ibrahim and made available to newsmen in Maiduguri said ,”the devastation we witnessed was heart-wrenching, but the resilience and strength of the communities were truly inspiring. “
“After interacting with the flood victims and sharing the palliatives for them, they proceeded to the Mokwa palace to commiserate with the Ndalile of Mokwa, Lile Muhammad Shaba Aliyu, and presented to him a gift
“And finally proceeded to Bida to commiserate with HRH, Etsu Nupe Dr.Yahya Abubakar CFR who welcomed us with open arms and was happy to receive us,” Kuburat added.
