Gov. Sule’s brother dies in ghastly accident

Gov Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, has lost one of his brothers, Musa Sule, who died in a ghastly car accident.

A stattment signed by a family member, Ahmed A. Sule, on behalf of the family said the deceased passed away on Saturday, 20th May, 2023.

According to the statement, “The family of Alhaji Sule Bawa, Sarkin Gudi regrets to announce the death of their son Musa popularly known as Labaran, in the early hours of Saturday 20th May, 2023. Labaran died at the age of 51”

“He left behind a wife and a child, parents, brothers and sisters including His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A.Sule, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State”

“The 3-days prayer for the repose of the soul of the deceased will be held on Tuesday 23/05/2023” he said.

Meanwhile, the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has condoled the family of Governor Sule, saying death is sacrosanct to all mortals.

In a Statement by his Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna, the Speaker described the deceased who is the brother to the State Governor as a humble and dedicated fellow, praying God to forgive his shortcomings and grant him a merciful judgement.

The Speaker then called on the family of the first citizens of the state to see the death of Musa Labaran Suleiman, as a divine call that must be answered hence the need for prayer for the repose of his soul.

The Speaker, while condoling with the Governor, said the legislative arm of the state is behind him at this trying moment, calling for prayer from the good people of the state to comfort the Governor and the entire family.
