Kano gov. mourns Bebeji LG Chairman, Sani Kanti

Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf has mourned the death of late Sani Kanti Ranka, the Chairman of Bebeji Local Government Council.

Late Ranka died on Friday night after a brief illness and has since been buried according to Islamic rite

The governor in a condolence message on Saturday, described the Ranka’s demise as deeply painful and shocking.

He said his death is “deeply painful and a huge loss, not only to his immediate family but the entire state and the nation in general”.

He said the deceased was a peaceful man with wealth of experience in politics and service to the people.

The governor prayed Almighty Allah to forgive Ranka’s shortcomings and reward his good deeds with Aljannat Firdaus.
