Let’s Stop The Madness For Nigeria Youth President 2023:

President Muhammadu Buhari, Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno and former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, at his official residence,

Strong leadership is not about age ,for example General Yakubu Gowon was age 29yrs old, when he became Nigeria Military Head of State, he commanded absolute power, whereas, he doesn’t need to lobby any power brokers or senators or legislators, but in his statement ; ” Nigeria problem is not how to make money, but how to spend it”
He was actually right, because money was available in abundance, but he doesn’t possessed the requisite leadership skills or qualities then, like vision or in-depth thoughts for leadership, because most young people according to management theories, tend to begin organizational leadership role from passivity to activity, or erratic / shallow thinking to active thinking….This is why Management had to ensure a new employee undergo a critical organizational process of :
1 . Orientations

  1. On the job training…without this critical process, the employee will be an awaiting catastrophic to organization interest which will largely affect his performance or make him underperforming or unproductive.

When you relate this to Nigeria leadership spectrum, you will know why General Yakubu Gowon failed to laid industrialization foundation for this nation, when 1 naira was equal to £1 pound .
And the reason several young Executive office holders from Local Government Chairmen to State Houses of Assemblies, House of Reps, Senators & Governors failed us or are failing us…
According to IBB, the youths need to be trained, mentored and coached before they are handed political leadership responsibility because of the its slippery attributes.
This statement, was further accentuated with his recent projection for the Next Nigeria President 2023, that he must be within the age of sixties and above …in simplifying this assertions; globally, most great nations ,developed or industrialised countries you seen all over the world today, were built or developed by strong leaders with good characters, as well as with great foresight; all were within the age of 60’s and above .

Aside of positive energy that the “Youths Possesses, and revolutionary ability to inject new idea into formal organizations, there’s nothing much the youth can offer when it’s come to strong leadership in a multidimensional and socioeconomic political spheres or approaches .

In conclusion, if youth political leadership is the yardstick for this nation development and industrialization, General Yakubu Gowon would have done it, this is because if you talk about integrity in Nigeria political leadership, he’s second to none, he’s neither a thief nor a corrupt man .
I bet you that if Rtd. General Yakubu Gowon have same opportunity presented to him today, he would have done better, because of his wealth of experience over the years .

In views of the above and having seen how Tinubu with his distinctive, and sterling abilities cum foresight in identifying youths with positive energy with requisites leadership potential and capabilities with strong character; and having mentored them to full mature, and today they are all doing very well in every leadership positions or strata you found them, whereas this Tinubu was able to accomplished this while serving as Lagos State Governor, if such man is giving Nigeria to govern, he will solve our leadership problem and by extension Africa … He will then bequeath the youth a great nation, like what we’re seeing in Lagos, from Tinubu to Fashola to Ambode & now Babajide Sanwolu …a benchmark for strong and performing leadership has been laid there .
Eg. Eko Atlantic will soon serve as Nigeria Dubai to every Nigerians, and the world at large .

2023 For The Future Of Nigeria; Think Tinubu .

So, let stop this madness , and shallow/erratic thinking of Nigeria Youth President 2023.
