The Country director of Miss Earth Nigeria, Ms Ibinabo Fibenasima has carried her advocacy of “Plant a Tree Campaign” to Whatt Market in Calabar Municipal Council Area of Cross River State.
While addressing market women and traders in Calabar , Ms. Ibinabo maintaining a clean and green environment should not be left in the hands of government alone.
She called on the people to engaged more in adequate in environmental sanitation.
“We will be celebrating our beautiful earth through sustainable environmental activities in multiple communities in Cross River state”
“These activities include Tree planting and market clean ups. August 28th 2021 is the grand finale of the Miss Earth Nigeria Pageant”
The former beauty queen was accompanied by eighteen Amazons drawn from 18 states of the Federation who are jostling for the 2021 miss Earth Nigeria in Calabar the Cross River State capital.
Miss Earth Nigeria is an annual National beauty pageant in Nigeria, which select its representative to the International Miss Earth Pageant that is expected to hold in the Philippines.
Ms. Fibesima said Miss Earth Nigeria Calabar 2021 being the 20th edition of the Miss Earth Nigeria Beauty Pageant 2021, comes to you live from the beautiful city of Calabar, Cross River State From the 17th of August through to the 28th, Calabar will be home to our beautiful amazons competing for the miss Earth Crowns.
