Nasarawa poll: Gov. Sule seeks Igbo support, assures them of safety

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, have assured Igbo Community of peaceful atmosphere to cast their votes during the March 11 governorship election in the state.
The governor gave the assurance during an event organized by the Igbo Community at Igbo Community Hall in Lafia, capital of Nasarawa State, on Saturday.
Gov Sule, who Identified Igbo people as industrious and business oriented, said no candidate will underestimate the voting strength of Igbo Community in the state.
He used the occasion to appeal to the Igbo Community to come out en-mass to vote massively for him and other candidates of the ruling APC during the governorship and state assembly elections on Saturday March 11, 2023.
Governor Abdullahi Sule also warned against politics of religion for the development of the state.
Speaking separately, Eze Ndigo of Nasarawa State, President, Igbo Community Association and Special Adviser to the governor all assured of massive votes for the governor during the polls.
