Shell lifts force majeure on Bonny Oil and Gas Terminal

The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd., (SPDC), operator of the SPDC joint venture, says it has lifted the force majeure on Bonny export programme with effect from March 15, 2023.

Mrs Bola Essien-Nelson, the Media Relations Manager of SPDC, confirmed this in a statement issued to newsmen in Lagos

It would be recalled that the force majeure was declared on March 3, 2022, following a significant decline in crude receipts at the Bonny Oil and Gas Terminal.
