NOTICE OF THE 1^ST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the 1^st Annual General Meeting of The Pals Investment Cooperative Society Ltd will hold at ROYAL CHOICE INN, Central Business District, Abuja, on Saturday, 29^th April, 2023 at 10:00am to transact the following business:

AGENDA:

ORDINARTY BUSINESS:

1. To receive and consider the Report of the Management and the Financial Statements for the years ended 31^st March 2022 and 31^st March 2023 and the Audit Committee Report thereof.
2. To declare Appropriation of Net Surplus for Year Ended.
3. To Appoint External Auditors and Authorize the Management to fix the Renumeration of the External Auditors.
4. To approve/ratify the election of a new Management Committee
5. To ratify proposed amendments to the Bye-Laws of the Cooperative Society

PROXY:

A member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is entitled to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote in his place.  A proxy need not be a member of the cooperative society.
