Tinubu wins presidential election in Borno

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu has won the presidential election in Borno State by scoring a total of 252, 282 votes.

The Borno State INEC Collation- Returning Officer of 2023 Presidential and National Assembly Election, Professor Jude Tsammani Rabo, on Tuesday in Maidugiri, announced the outcome of the presidential election conducted in the 27 LGAs of the state.

Prof. Rabo, who is also the Vice Chancellor, Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State, said the ruling APC got a total of 252, 282 votes, while the PDP scored a total of 190921 votes, NNPP- got a total of 4,626 votes and LP scored a total of 770 votes.
