
Tor Tiv Orcivirigh, Professor James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse

The paramount ruler of the Tiv nation, Orcivirigh Prof James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse CFR has supported the selection of Engr Dr Emmanuel Tyavkyase Anbua as the next Ter Tiv Bauchi State even as he assured of support for him and the Tiv people in Bauchi State.
Tor Tiv, who disclosed this while receiving the Ter Tiv Bauchi State in his palace in Gboko, expressed gratitude to Tiv people residing in Bauchi State for their harmonious coexistence and mutual solidary and urged them to sustain such peace and unity to enable them reap the benefits of Bauchi State.
A statement by the Special Assistant to Tor Tiv on Media and ICT, Freddie Adamgbe quoted Tor Tiv assured the Ter Tiv Bauchi of the full support of Tiv Area Traditional Council under him and admonished him to carry every Tiv person in Bauchi along since inclusiveness is one of the major factors that makes a leader succeed in office.
The statement said that the President Mzough u Tiv in Bauchi State Barr. Mathias Aondohemba Tsua while presenting the Ter Tiv Bauchi to the Tor Tiv, the President Mdzough u Tiv Bauchi State informed the Begha u Tiv of the unanimous decision of Tiv people in Bauchi that Dr Tyavkyase Anbua should become their next Ter following the return of the former Ter to Benue to settle down.
Barr. Tsua, according to the statement, explained further that they have applied the full principle of zoning (Ya Na Angbain) where positions are duly shared with the former Ter Bauchi from the Ipusu axis and the newly selected Ter from Icongo.
In his comment, the Ter Bauchi, Engr Dr Emmanuel Tyavkase Anbua, noted that he has accepted to become Ter Tiv Bauchi due to fairness and strict adherence to the revered principle of zoning which he always craved for, promising to do his best to keep Tiv people in Bauchi under one umbrella to solidify the already existing unity and peace among themselves.
On the delegation include Tyoor representing Sankera in Bauchi, Dr William Wuan, Tyoor Godwin Ayoo, representing Lobi and Tyoor Stanley Humbe representing Jechira respectively.
