Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has made significant strides in improving the state’s education sector.
In the last year, his administration has delivered 21 capital-intensive projects, transforming the educational landscape.
Some of the notable projects include: Construction of 6 new mega schools; isbursement of nearly N11 billion in foreign and local scholarships; rehabilitation of dilapidated classrooms and construction of new ones; procurement of sports and teaching facilities.
According to the Senior Special Assistant (DSS) to the Governor on Print and Digital Communication, Abdulrahman Ahmed Bundi, these projects demonstrate Governor Zulum’s commitment to education.
