A 48 -years old mother of six, Mrs Ezike Lilian Chinyere has received an award of 500, 000 from Fidelity Bank Plc.
Presenting the reward cheque to the beneficiary, the head of Operation Fidelity Bank Jalingo,
Taraba State, Mr. Ocholi Salami, said the award was presented as part of the activities to mark this year’s International Customer’s Service Week.
He explained that the rewards received by Fidelity Bank customers are in categories.
“Customers who are operating the Fidelity Premium Savings Scheme (FPSS) account which contains the features of both savings and current account received the award”, he said.
Ocholi stated that another benefactor from the International Customer’s Service Week is one Emmanuel Sambo, 17-year old, who bags the award of N150, 000, from Fidelity Sweets account, and the cheque is also issued to the parents who are the custodian of the account.
Salami reiterated that the slogan of Fidelity Bank PLC, “We are Fidelity, We keep our Ward” can never be betrayed.
Meanwhile, Mrs Lilian Chinyere, who was accompany by her husband, Mr. Cajethan Ezike both expressed a profound gratitude for the unique customers service and the good relationship Fidelity Bank PLC are having with their customers.
