Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has been described as a role model to effective and positive leadership in all strata of governance .
Minister of State For Youth Development, Mr. Ayodele Olawande, stated this on Thursday when he paid a courtesy call on the governor at the Government House, Maiduguri.
Mr. Olawande also appreciated the Governor for the remarkable reception and extended his appreciation to the youth of Borno state for coming in mass to welcome him and his entourage.
He further acknowledged the development he saw in the state while driving through Maiduguri, testifying that Maiduguri was indeed safe.

The Minister said he was in Maiduguri to rub minds with Borno youths on how they can at least have two skills and be productive in the society.
Governor Zulum in his response appreciated the Minister and his delegation for choosing Borno state as his first state of call as a Minister.

He assured the minister that state Government will be ready to partner with the ministry to see how the youths in the state can be more productive, pointing out that Borno State has many talented youths, who are ready to acquire more skills in order to be useful to themselves and the state as well as the nation at large.
