The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche has urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in prayers for God’s intervention in the insecurity and other challenges facing the country.
Enenche, who said this at the end of a 3- day crusade in Lafia, Nasarawa State tagged “Lafia Healing and Deliverance Crusade,” also prayed for the blessings of God upon the nation.
He admonished Nigerians not to lose focus but remain firm in prayers for God’s intervention, noting that God Himself would turn the battle to the gate of the enemies of Nigeria.
The cleric who described the gospel of Jesus Christ as light, said his vision for Nigeria was to see the establishment of God’s perfect plans and purpose in the country.
Speaking on his regular crusades across the nation, Pastor Enenche said his motivation is the salvation of souls, the healing of the body and deliverance of the people from the oppression of the devil.
He noted that the crusades have impacted millions of lives across the country and beyond, promising to sustain the tempo for the redemption of souls for God.
The senior pastor said he was particularly excited with the leadership of Nasarawa State for being on ground and standing on altar while prayers were offered for peace and development of the state and Nigeria.
“My vision for Nigeria is to see a country where righteousness reigns, a country filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.
“Secondly, a country where people can be happy and proud that God has endowed with both human and natural resources, a country where we can say God has done us well,” he said.
Pastor Enenche also during his stay in the state, commissioned a block of 16 classrooms for the take off of Destiny Christian Academy built by the Church.
He said that the establishment of the school was part of the mandate of the Church for development, to educate future leaders mentally, morally and spiritually.
He pointed out that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was brought into Nigeria alongside education and provision of healthcare services to the people.
On his part, Pastor Hilary Odoh, the resident pastor, Dunamis Lafia Central, said the crusade had left an indelible imprint in the lives of people and on the land.
“First of all, I align myself with the will of God and what I see in the life of the servant of God, the school project is about desire for contribution, we came with the mindset to add value,” he said.
Rev. Ayuba Godiya, Chairman of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Nasarawa state chapter, commended the church for its contribution to the body of knowledge and urged people to take advantage of the school to educate their children both morally and spiritually.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, represented by his deputy, Dr Emmanuel Akabe, former deputy governor, Silas Agara, the State Head of Service, Nicholas Abari, were among dignitaries who attended the events. (NAN)
