A notable Non-governmental organisation, Ior Gboko Foundation, has felicitated with Professor Joseph Utsev on his appointment as Minister for Water Resources and Sanitation.
In a congratulatory letter signed by its President, Dr. Jimmy Ajim, the Foundation also thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for considering Prof Utsev worthy of the appointment and the task of handling the portfolio of Water Resources and Sanitation.

In the congratulatory letter, made available to NATIONAL ACCORD in Abuja at the weekend, the Foundation expressed its commitment and eagerness to partner with the office of the Minister in areas affecting water challenges in Benue State in general, and Gboko in particular.
Dr Ajim, on behalf of the Ior Gboko Foundation, wished the Minister a prosperous and successful tenure.
