The family of Pa Isaac Girgih Koodar of Vandeikya Local government Area in Benue State has announced the programme for the burial of their wife, aunt, mother, grand mother and great-grand mother, Mama Monica Mbatem Girgih, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 103.
According to the programme, funeral ceremonies will commence on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 with the 1st wake at Mr. Augustine Girgih’s family house, New GRA, Makurdi.
The 2nd Wake is to take place on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Late Isaac Girgih Koodah’s compound, Police check-point, Ogoja Road, Mbakaange, Vandeikya LGA of Benue State.
The final interment is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the same Late Isaac Girgih Koodah’s compound, Police check-point, Ogoja Road, Mbakaange, Vandeikya LGA of Benue State.
Late Mama Monica Mbatem Girgih is survived by many children, grandchildren and great-grand children, including Mr. Augustine Agir Girgih, Job Yua Girgih and Professor Abraham Tartenger Girgih of the Food Science & Technology Department, College of Food Technology and Human Ecology, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, Benue State.
