NSCDC parades 4 suspected bandits, 1 other for sodomizing 12 minors

The Sokoto State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Mr Saleh Dada has paraded four suspected bandits amongst whom one admitted to be an informant.

Those paraded include – one Sani Ibrahim who is being accused of sodomizing 12 minors with three of his survivors at the Sokoto NSCDC Command Headquarters to testify against him despite his denial of the allegation.

While reiterating that the NSCDC alongside other sister security agencies in Sokoto will not rest until they rid the state of criminals, Commandant Dada, said the bandits have participated in high profile kidnappings and even killed some of their victims in their confessional.

Confirming what Commandant Saleh said, one of the bandits, a 28 years Dahiru Majiya said he has been involved in kidnapping that over 20 million naira were paid as ransom.

Dahiru, pathetically, added however that, only 150,000 naira was given to him as his own share of the money.

Another suspect, Muhammadu Danlabo 48, who claimed to be an informant for both the bandits and a highly placed personality from Denge Shuni, noted that his assignment include to brief the person about their activities at every outing.

Though, the suspected bandits informant declined comment on the identity of the highly placed individual.

The state’s Commandant of NSCDC, however, assured that their investigation would revealed the identity of the hidden personality and would be invited for questioning accordingly.
