The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Mustapha Sadauki of People Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the Shinkafi State Assembly election held on Saturday.
Its Returning Officer for the exercise, Prof. Rufus, while announcing the result on Sunday, said that Sadaelectionuki defeated Usman Shinkafi of the All Progressives Congress (APC) with 32 votes from the first and rerun elections.
The APC candidate got 13,508 votes while the PDP 13,540, he said.
