Representative for Uke/Karshi in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly,
Musa Gude, has appointed 106 aides to help deliver effective service to his constituents.
Speaking to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lafia on Tuesday, Gude, a member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), said the appointments aim to enhance the living standards of the aides and their families.
“I currently have 106 aides on my payroll, including Special and Personal Assistants, with salaries ranging from N10,000 to N100,000,” he stated.
Gude emphasized that this initiative reflects his dedication to inclusive governance and uplifting livelihoods in his constituency.
He also highlighted his efforts in providing boreholes, covering WAEC fees for numerous students, and supporting sectors like health, education, agriculture, and infrastructure.
“I’ve worked to empower many constituents to achieve self-reliance,” Gude added.
The lawmaker pledged to maintain high-quality representation in the state legislature and called on his constituents to foster unity, peace, and tolerance despite their differences.
