President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday proceeds to London, the United Kingdom, for a routine medical check-up.
Special Adviser to the President (Media and Publicity), Femi Adesina, confirmed this in a statement made available to NATIONAL ACCORD on Monday.
According to Adesina, the President is expected to meet with Security Chiefs first in the morning, after which he embarks on the journey.
He is due back in the country during the second week of April, 2021.
This is not the first time the Nigerian President is travelling to the United Kingdom for medical attention. He visited the country twice in 2017 and travelled there again in 2018 to seek treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
