Khalifah Sheikh Bashir Adamu Dankilori

A renowned Quranic and Arabic scholar, Khalifah Sheikh Bashir Adamu Dankilori has called for peaceful and mutual co-existence among people as demonstrated by the Messenger of God, Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Sheikh Dankilori made the call in Maiduguri during the 2021 Maulud Nabiyyi (SAW) which was organized by Dankilori Tsangaya for Quranic Studies and Foundation held at Sheikh Adamu Dankilori Tsangaya, Ali Kotoko street Bulabulin ward, Maiduguri to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
He further implored Muslims community to imbibe the spirit of patience, unity, love, tolerance and forgiveness in their daily activities as taught by Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Sheikh Dankilori also appealed to the Muslims community to continue to emulate the virtues and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), while calling on all and sundry to be their brothers’ keepers.
He also prayed for good health, peaceful co-existence, stability, unity, love, understanding, patience and tolerance among the people irrespective of race, religion, tribe, origin and political backgrounds as well as stability and unity of the nation, protection against socio economic and security challenges bedeviling the country.
Khalifa explained also that the purpose of the Maulud Nabiyy (SAW) gathering was to show love , appreciation to the Messenger of God and reflect on his messages and characters during his lifetime, stressing that the love for Prophet Muhammad (SAW) will continue to be in their hearts.
