President Bola Tinubu and Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo
President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Governor of Anambra State Chukwuma Charles Soludo on the occasion of his birthday.
President Tinubu in a statement by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, celebrated the exceptional economist, who, as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), led one of Nigeria’s most impactful reforms in the banking sector.
Recognising the sterling professional achievements of Soludo, the President described him as an outlier who has brought the rigour, brilliance, and discipline of pedagogy into politics.
He said: “Soludo has truly demonstrated that when philosophers become kings, good change happens.
“I encourage him to keep up the good work, and I thank him for his support.”
President Tinubu commended Governor Soludo for his bold and disciplined leadership in Anambra, evident in the improved security, economic transformation, and infrastructure expansion in the state.
“I join family, friends, and the people of Anambra State to celebrate Governor Soludo on his birthday.”
The president prayed that God Almighty grant him many more years of good health and strength to deepen his transformative leadership in Anambra and Nigeria.
