Cars distributed to the beneficiaries

Federal legislator, Ahmed Manir in a series of empowerment projects to his people has shared 13 cars to constituents amidst fanfare and jubilation from party supporters.
The car keys were handed to beneficiaries selected from across Lere Federal Constituency in a ceremony attended by Kaduna State Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Emmanuel Jekada, State Commissioner for Local Governments and Chieftaincy Affairs Sadiq Mamman Lagos and other top Government functionaries and party officials.
While vowing to continue empowering his people Manir assured of completing 50 solar powered boreholes, 13 bridges and other vital infrastructural projects which he disclosed were ongoing and could make life easy, especially for rural farmers in transporting agricultural products to markets in urban areas.
“We had earlier completed and commissioned seven bridges, solar boreholes, classrooms, road and community development infrastructures for the good of our people and it is my desire to give all members of my Constituency who are over a million in number cars but could not do so due to limited resources.
“We therefore initiated and executed projects that will go a long way in making positive impact on the lives of our people so they could have good life despite their rural dwelling settings.
“I must at this juncture pay glowing tributes to Governor Uba Sani who has been the source of energy for us to deliver good governance and put smile on faces of our people.
“I must also commend Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos and our state party Chairman for their invaluable supports without which I wouldn’t have been able to effectively achieve all these,” he stated.
In his remarks, State Chairman of APC Emmanuel Jekada reiterated the resolve and mission of the party to prioritize welfare of people of Kaduna whilst protecting them against insecurity.
Jakada called on the masses to disregard politicians in other parties whose only motive, according to him was to deceive and derail the present administration from focusing on project of building people so they could be productive members of the society.
He charged other representatives elected on the party’s platform to be good ambassadors of APC so that trust of the electorate would be retained and sustained.
Suleiman Yahaya who spoke on behalf of other car beneficiaries praised Manir for his kind gesture and pledged to utilize the vehicles responsibly for good and development of the community.
