Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) zone 6, Usman Sule Gonna
PATRICK ABANG, Calabar –
No fewer than thirty-eight newly promoted police inspectors were decorated with their new ranks at the Conference hall of the Zone 6 Headquarters, Calabar.
The Assistant Commissioners of Police ACP Ngozi Ezeabata (DFA) and ACP Ogunjide Joseph psc (ZDOPS) who decorated the officers on behalf of AIG Usman Gonna, charged them to put in their best in the performance of their professional duties.
The AIG noted that the officers should count themselves lucky to be favoured by the IGP Usman Baba Alkali, as part of his manpower development drive to encourage deserving personnel.
Speaking on behalf of the promoted officers, Inspector Gift Ubi thanked God, the IGP and the entire Police management team for finding them worthy of elevation to a higher rank.
The officers pledged to redouble their loyalty and commitment in performing their duty to justify the confidence reposed in them.
