SADIQ ABUBAKAR, Maiduguri –

Top dignitaries have continued to pay condolence visit to Vice President Kashim Shettima following the death of his step mother, Hauwa Kormi.

Recall that the late Kormi died on Thursday in a hospital in Abuja after a protracted illness. She was buried same Thursday evening at Gwange Cemetery Maiduguri amidst mammoth crowd who attended her funeral.

Among the dignitaries who visited VP Shettima at his family residence on Saturday in Maiduguri, include – the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamiila, Kano State Governor, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, Minister of Agriculture, Senator Abubakar Kyari, former Senate President, Senator Ahmed Lawan, former ministers, senators and state governors among other dignitaries.

The APC National Chairman, Alh. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Former Senate President, Alh.Ahmed lawan, Kaduna State Governor, Uba sani, Prince Arthur Eze, Yobe State Governor His excellency Mai Mala Buni,.

Others include – The Deputy Senate President, Senator Jibrin Barau, Alh. Dahiru Mangal, owner of Max Air and other distinctive government officials.
