Hon Sadiq Isa Achida was declared as the authentic Chairman of Sokoto State APC

The Chairmen of the 23 Local Government Chapters of the Àll Progressives Congress APC in Sokoto State have insisted that, there is not faction in the party as far as they are concerned.
Addressing newsmen on Saturday at the party secretariat, the secretary of the state APC Chairmen, Almu Kwandawa added that Hon Sadiq Isa Achida is the authentic state party chairman.
According to Almu Kwandawa, Hon. Achida is the authentic, elected Chairmen of the APC Congresses in Sokoto State, conducted on the 4th of September, 2021.
He also added that their election was duly acclaimed and declared as very successful by the National Caretaker and Extra Ordinary Convention Planning Committee.
This therefore led to their inauguration, following a written directive by the National Caretaker and Extra Ordinary Convention Planning Committee.

The APC local government chairmen said they took part in the Sokoto State APC Congress held on the 8th of November 2021, at the Sokoto State APC Secretariat, which elected Hon. ISA Sadiq Isa Achida as the state chairman.
“We therefore affirm that Hon. Isa Sadiq Acida is the authentic, elected Sokoto State APC Chairman. We also recognize His Excellency former Governor and Presently Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko as Leader of the Àll Progressives Congress APC in Sokoto State”.
The association however warned intruders, especially Abubakar Malami, the Minister of Justice who has overstepped his bounds, to steer clear of the Sokoto State APC and concentrate on repairing the damages he has inflicted on the APC in Kebbi State.
“Finally, we wish to appeal to the good judgement of the National Caretaker and Extra Ordinary Convention Planning Committee, under the able Chairmanship of His Excellency Mai Mala Buni to recognize the Hon. ISA SADIQ ACIDA led State Executive as duly elected and put necessary machinery in motion for its inauguration”
