In his inaugural address, Mahmud-Gumel outlined the party in Jigawa State, highlighting its commitment to building a just and equitable society.
“The ADC coalition had been gaining support nationwide, with several political groups and individuals defecting to the party,” he stated.
He called on citizens to join the party to create a better future for the country.
Mahmud-Gumel urged party members to maintain a high level of decorum and respect in their interactions with others, warning against disrespecting leaders or engaging in abusive behavior.
“All we need from party members is to maintain a high level of decorum and respect in their interactions with others,” he emphasized.
The new coordinator expressed optimism about the party’s prospects, emphasizing the need for Nigerians to demand better governance and accountability from their leaders.
With prominent politicians joining the coalition, the ADC is poised to challenge the APC’s dominance in the 2027 general elections.
