
Southern Governors during a meeting held in Lagos

Governors from the Southern part of Nigeria jointly agreed on Monday the country’s next president should emerge from the southern region
The Southern leaders also set September 21, 2021, as the deadline for the promulgation of anti-open grazing law among its member states.
Chairman of the Southern Governors Forum and Ondo State governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, said this while addressing journalists, after a closed-door meeting of the state chief executives in Alausa, Lagos State.
