Borno NUJ congratulates Zulum’s spokesman on graduation with distinction

Malam Isa Gusau, is the Special Adviser on Public Relations and Strategy to Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State

Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Borno State Chapter has congratulated Isa Gusau, Special Adviser to Governor Babagana Zulum on his graduation with distinction in Masters Degree in Media and Public Relations (PR) from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.

NUJ Chairman, Comrade Bulama Talba, gave the commendation in a statement issued by the state secretary, Comrade Mohammed Ibrahim, on Friday in Maiduguri.

According to the statement: “It is heartwarming for all the working journalists associated with the SA in Borno State and necessary to identify with this feat coming from a renown academic institution bestowed on one of ours in addition to his previous First Class Degree in Media and Public Relations and Advertising from Middlesex University in London”.

“NUJ equally acknowledged how dear this media guru (Isa Gusau) is to our dear union whose services has earned the union numerous unprecedented achievements as well as promoted the image and interests of the government and people of Borno State positively beyond the African continent”.

“We salute this fine indefatigable gentleman, role model and Professional par Excellence for his wonderful services and works in the academia, on and off the field of the Pen Profession that is printed in gold”.

“Congratulations to you and entire Borno State,” the statement said.
