JUST IN: Sunday Igboho released by Benin Republic Govt

Chief Sunday Adeyemo (aka Sunday Igboho).

The Government of the Republic of Benin has released Yoruba Nation Activist Chief Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Ighoho.

Professor Banji Akintoye, a Yoruba Leader and Leader of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide’s Umbrella Body of Yoruba Self-determination Groups, and Professor Wale Adeniran, a French Language Expert/Deputy Alana of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, were given the Activist on Monday.

Mr. Maxwell Adeleye, the Communications Secretary to Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, praised the release of Ighoho as a Triumph of Truth over Darkness in Yoruba Land in a statement.
