Chief Registrar Affiong Usimkah was sworn in by the Chief Judge of Akwa Ibom State, Hon. Justice Ekaete Fabian-Obot
Chief Registrar has been appointed for the Akwa Ibom State Judiciary. She is Affiong Victor Usimka
Until her appointment, she served in that Office in an acting capacity.
She was sworn-in by the Chief Judge of Akwa Ibom State Hon. Justice Ekaete Fabian-Obot on Monday 11th August, 2025 in her chambers.
Speaking while administering the Oath of Office, the Chief Judge urged her to be dedicated and hard working as the Chief Registrar’s Office is noted for public service.
She charged her to be humble, faithful and courteous to people in the discharge of her responsibilities.
Speaking on oath, Affiong Usimka promised to be faithful and loyal in the discharge of her duties and diligent in the performance of her responsibilities.
Born on December 9, 1979, Affiong Usimka is married with children.
