
FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Nyesom Wike, emphasized the importance of collective efforts in achieving progress and prosperity in the FCT.
In his Eid-el-Maulud message to FCT residents on Monday, Wike stressed that the territory’s growth depends on the combined efforts of all stakeholders.
“We must work together to build a society where everyone thrives in peace and security, just as the Prophet Muhammad envisioned,” Wike said. “Let us embrace the virtues of patience, tolerance, and commitment to development.”
“The Prophet’s life offers timeless lessons in the pursuit of peace, unity, and moral excellence.”
Wike highlighted the significance of empathy and togetherness in fostering harmony among the diverse communities in the FCT. He encouraged residents to reflect on the Prophet’s life and embody his principles in their daily interactions.
The minister reaffirmed the FCT Administration’s commitment to providing essential infrastructure and services to enhance residents’ quality of life. “We will continue to work hard to improve our city’s infrastructure and social facilities,” he assured.
Wike also urged residents to meet their obligations to the government and society, contributing their quota to the FCT’s growth and progress.
