Fire guts Airport hotel, Ikeja

The Lagos Airport Hotel, in the Ikeja area, has been gutted by fire Thursday night.

The public affairs officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident to Nigerian TRIBUNE.

It was learnt that firefighters and other emergency responders were already on ground battling with the inferno.

As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the inferno has yet to be known.
