Former Military Head of State, Ibrahim Babaginda (IBB)

Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia has joined millions of other Nigerians to felicitate with former Nigeria military president, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, on his 84th birthday anniversary.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Tersoo Kula described the former leader’s 84 years as those of outstanding accomplishments and great personal fulfilment and stressed that attaining such an age was a clear demonstration of God’s grace, benevolence and mercies.
The Governor’s spokesman acknowledged the historical role the former military President played in shaping the political and economic development of the country.
The governor, according to the statement prayed for more of God’s sustenance and strength for the Octogenarian.
