How PDP delegate shared N7m to his community members

One ‘generous’ and ‘caring’ party delegate, Tanko Rossi Sabo, has shared about N7 million to less privileged in Sanga local government area of Kaduna State.

The 7m Sabo distributed was part of the money he got from presidential aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, at last weekend’s convention of the main opposition.

Politics Digest had earlier reported that some leading presidential aspirants doled out mind-boggling cash in dollars to delegates, in exchange of their votes at the convention.

Sabo, who was one of the PDP national delegates, according to a social media post, returned to his Kaduna community on Monday, after the main opposition’s presidential primaries, with a large sum of money, PRNigeria reports.

It was learnt that he shared all the money, which was in million, with his fellow community members.

Sabo, also gave N7 million out of the total money, to some less privilege.

“He bought jerseys, and then paid the school fees of some students. Sabo also settled the hospital bills of some patients. He then distributed the rest of the money he got at the convention to some groups,” Politics Digest gathered from one of the beneficiaries of the PDP delegate’s ‘kind gesture’.
