Israel military kills Hamas rocket developer during airstrike on Gaza

Israel airstrikes Gaza Hamas

Israeli military said on Wednesday it has killed one of the leading weapons developers from the Islamist Hamas group in an airstrike on Gaza.

Muhsin Abu Sina was reportedly an expert in the development of rockets for the extremist group.

In spite the aerial bombardment of Gaza and Israel’s ground offensive, which followed Hamas’ massacre of 1,400 mainly civilians in Israel on Oct. 7, Palestinian militants have continued to fire rockets at Israel.

Israeli forces also said they killed several militants in the Gaza Strip overnight that “planned to fire anti-tank missiles at the forces.

“The troops directed an aircraft that struck the cell and killed several terrorists,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

Another group responsible for firing rockets at Israel was killed in a separate airstrike, the IDF said. (dpa/NAN)
