Alhaja Lateefat Olufunke Gbajabiamila and her son, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila
National Forum of Former Legislators (NFFL) has congratulated Alhaja Lateefat Olufunke Gbajabiamila, mother of former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on her 96th birthday.
This is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the National Coordinator of the Forum, Raphael Igbokwe.
Hon. Igbokwe described her as a strong and resilient matriarch whose life reflects faith, discipline and commitment to family.
According to her, at 96, she was said to be in good health and clear in mind, a reflection of the values she has lived by over the years.
The group said her nurturing role has shaped many lives and continues to inspire her family and the wider community.
The forum prayed for continued good health, joy and many more peaceful years for her.
