Joint troops of Operation Fasan Yamma have successfully eliminated 10 terrorists in a well-coordinated attack on terrorist locations in Zamfara State.
The Nigerian Army authority disclosed this in a post on Monday via its X handle @HQNigerianArmy.
The army said the operation, conducted on June 9, 2025, targeted terrorist hideouts in Mai Tashi and Dan Jigba in Gusau LGA, and Munhaye in Tsafe LGA.
It said the operation resulted in the recovery of several arms and ammunition, and the destruction of 5 terrorist-owned motorcycles.
