
ATPN National leadership paid a courtesy visit to the Centre for Memories in Enugu, the organizers of the festival

The Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN) has officially endorsed the ‘Things Fall Apart’ Festival 2025, recognizing it as a significant national tourism event that showcases Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage.
“The endorsement signifies a major boost for the festival, positioning it as a significant tourism event alongside its celebration of literature and culture“, said the ATPN National president, Adetunji Fadina, during a courtesy visit to the Centre for Memories in Enugu, the organizers of the festival.
Fadina, represented by Deputy President Wilson Uche, expressed admiration for the centre’s dedication to memory, identity, and heritage, highlighting its vital role in promoting sustainable tourism across Nigeria.
“We pledge our collaboration and support for the festival, and we’re delighted to announce the centre’s admission into ATPN,” Fadina stated.
Executive Director of the Centre, Iheanyi Igboko, welcomed the partnership, saying, “This visit is a crucial step in fostering collaboration between Nigeria’s tourism sector and cultural preservation initiatives.”
NATIONAL ACCORD reports that the ‘Things Fall Apart’ Festival 2025 is scheduled to hold from June 29 to July 5 in Enugu State, promising a celebration of literature, culture, and heritage.
With ATPN’s endorsement, the festival is set to shine a spotlight on Nigeria’s rich cultural diversity, promoting tourism and cultural exchange.
