Mr. Khalil Halilu is the new Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI)

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Khalil Halilu as the new Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI).
Mr. Halilu, who is 32-year old would replaces Dr Bashir Gwandu whose appointment was terminated.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Ajuri Ngelale announced this in a statement issued on Friday in Abuja.
Halilu will serve for an initial term of five years in accordance with the relevant sections of the NASENI Act, 2014.
The new NASENI head is expected to bring his significant experience as an innovator and technology expert to bear on the new responsibility.
The NASENI new head’s appointment is with immediate effect.
