2023: Kwankwaso vows to reform Nigeria if elected president

The presidential candidate of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso has said reasonable electorates should not vote for either the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) during next year presidential election.

He said: “Every reasonable Nigerian will not vote for APC and PDP in the next election, because they have disappointed us as citizens”

Kwankwaso stated this on Saturday in Jos, Plateau state in an interview with Journalists, after he concluded visit to the state to solicit for votes to achieve his presidential ambition.

The NNPP Presidential candidate said if voted into power to govern Nigeria as President, he will prioritize education, just as he did while serving as Kano State Governor.

According to him, his administration in Kano witnessed massive human and infrastructural development in the educational sector.

He pointed out that schools were built during his administration as governor, sponsored several children of the less privilege to acquire education overseas.

“Children of the poor were sent to institutions their parents won’t have afford, they have all graduated and are serving in various disciplines across Nigeria”, he said.

He said his administration will bring about positive change, that would transform the entire Nigeria to a workable country.

“I’m contesting presidency to bring about positive and needed change that Nigerians desire” he said.

Commenting on the 62 Independence of Nigeria been celebrated on the 1st of October 2022, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso said the achievements made so far was not commensurate to the years of the Independence.

He said successive national leaders who governed Nigeria have not done well in developing the country’s economy and infrastructural sector.

Kwankwaso therefore called for peaceful electioneering among his fellow contestants. He also expressed worries over recent attack on his members in Nasarawa States, where some persons lost their lives.
