Reno Omokri
A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has called out Southern youths lamenting that they show less interest in politics.
Speaking on Tuesday, Omokri lambasted Southern youths, saying they invest their time and resources in popular reality show, Big Brother Naija than the forthcoming presidential elections.
According to him, the South may be enlightened academically, but the North is more enlightened politically.
He then further urged the youths to learn.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote; “This is what brings out 1.3 billion votes in Southern Nigeria. #BBNaija. But the Government of Naija is what brings out voters in Northern Nigeria. The South may be more enlightened academically, but the North is more enlightened politically. Let’s learn from them!”
