2023: Vote politicians that ‘ll develop your potentials – Manasseh urges youths

Nigerian youths have been charged to elect only politicians who will help them, actualize their dreams and develop potentials.

They are also warned to shun those who use them as thugs and discard them after election, “for politics is all about human,and infrastructural development in any given society”.

A chieftain of All Progressive Congress(APC) in Bauchi State, Mr. Godfrey Manasseh gave the charge in Marti, Tafawa Balewa LGA of the state,, when he spoke to over 3000 youth at the end of a 16 teams football competition he organized.

The competition was organized to instill unity, love and keep them away from criminal tendencies.

Manasseh, an APC Bauchi State Presidential Campaign Council member (APC PCC) urged the,”youth in rural communities nationwide, to vote Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose track record of developing Lagos and humans is well known when he was the governor”.

He added,” APC presidential candidate will focus on local government councils, will focus on Nigerian youth,and provision of infrastructure, industrialise Nigeria at all societal levels,and reduce insecurity”.

At the state level, the PCC member asked Bauchi youth to “ vote Air Marshal Abubakar Baba Sadiq who is ready to bring various dividends of democracy to their door steps, as a state governor”.

Air Marshall has a bold record of developing young people as seen from his military record,and what he has brought to Bauchi so far”.

“Marti will have better roads, other social amenities and youth empowerment, unlike previous governments we elected into office but neglected us”, he said.

In a chorus, the youths, who were from Bogoro, Dass,Tafawa Balewa local governments of Bauchi and neighboring Plateau State, thanked Manasseh, a one time aspirant to House of Representatives from Bogoro, Dass, and Tafawa Balewa Federal constituency.

The football competition won by Zuya ZMT FC, Manasseh informed “ will be held every two years as a peace binding factor, saying Nigerian football talent should hence be properly packaged for export.

According to him” football all over the world today is no longer a mere recreation thing,but a money spinner that has made millionaire for Ronaldo, Messi, and several others and more popular than most world leaders”.

In a related development,village heads, traditional tittle holders, stakeholders and elders in Tafawa Balewa local government area of Bauchi state have collectively “assured we will vote Amb. Air Marshall Abubakar Baba Sadiq(rtd). as our governor, we will also vote Ahmed Tinubu as the president of Nigeria come February 25,2023”.

Marti village head, Baba Bernard Marti, stated this while exchanging views with Mr.Godfrey Manasseh, who paid him a”father and son visit in his Marti palace.

Baba Marti, who decried the absence of local, state and federal governments’ presence in his domain, said: “We need development so that we too, can belong to modern world. Any administration willing to provide better life for us, is welcome”.

we have been neglected for so long,despite our block votes and loyalty to each ruling government,yet, we don’t see any progress here” .

Earlier, Mr. Godfrey Manasseh, had told the octogenarian that, “both Tinubu and Air Marshall Abubakar Baba Sadiq, APC presidential candidate and Bauchi governorship candidates will neither marginalize or neglect you if we vote APC into power,this time” .

Meanwhile, a meet-the-elders’ gathering by Manasseh, Bauchi State Presidential Campaign Council member from Tafawa Balewa local government has been fixed at an undisclosed date and venue.
