Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has extended the deadline for online applications to join various paramilitary agencies to August 11.
The board’s secretary, retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jubril, announced this in a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja.
“The board is pleased to inform the public that the application period for our ongoing recruitment has been extended by one week,” Jubril stated.
“The recruitment portal, originally scheduled to close on August 4, will now remain accessible until Monday, August 11.”
This extension aims to provide more opportunities for prospective applicants seeking to join the paramilitary services.
Jubril emphasized the importance of using the official portal, stating, “Applicants should ensure they apply through the authentic portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.”
It would be recalled that the recruitment exercise, initially set to begin on July 2, was postponed to July 14 and then to August 21.
The board reaffirmed its commitment to a transparent and cost-free recruitment process, ensuring fairness for all applicants.
