Ahead of the 2023 general election, the Presidential candidate of The All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu is expected in Calabar for a campaign rally on Tuesday.
Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, Senator John Owan Enoh, disclosed this at the Ernest Etim Bassey Press Center, Calabar on Monday.
He said over 50,000 supporters are expected to grace the rally at the U.J . Esuene Stadium on Tuesday.
According to the former lawmaker, the 2023 presidential election is about the candidate and not about religion.
He said the APC candidate on his own can run for the office as an independent candidate without a platform.
Also speaking, Dr Julius Okputu Chairman Media and Publicly, said the state was ready for Tinubu’s visit to Cross River, which is the only APC state in South South .
