Senate Committee on Sports Chairman, Senator Abdul Ningi, and Nigeria Football Federation President, Ibrahim Musa Gusau, have rallied the Super Falcons ahead of their crucial clash with South Africa, charging the players to go all out for victory.
Ningi, Gusau and National Institute for Sports boss, Philip Shaibu, visited the team during their training session in Casablanca, Morocco, where they encouraged the players to remain focused and give their best against the South Africans.
The visit comes at a time when expectations around the Super Falcons are high, with the team facing a familiar South African side in a contest that demands both quality and composure.
For the officials, the message was one of confidence and belief in the players. But beyond the encouragement, their presence also underlines the importance attached to the fixture and the expectations surrounding the nine-time African champions.
