Taraba State Governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas has established and inaugurated a responsive civil service committee for the effectiveness of the system.
Governor Kefas in a press statement released by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor, Yusuf Sanda, stressed that, the committee is saddle with the responsibilities of monitoring and implementing all reports related to civil service reforms in Taraba State.
The committee will also oversee the implementation of programs, as well as produce a robust program for the training and retraining of civil servants in Taraba state.
The eight man committee is headed by Barr Danladi Irimiya Kifasi, (mni) as Chairman , while Dr Rasheed Olawale Azeez will serve as secretary.
Other members of the committee are, Elder Simon Angyu, Hajiya Zuwaira Kishimi, Dr Ochi Chinoyerem Achiniva.
As well as, Mr Akinlose Sylvester Arikawe, Amb. Musa John, and Dr Umar Dorofi, the committee is giving six (6) Months tenure to exist.
