The Governor stated this during the weekend while signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the establishment of a sugar factory in Toto LGA of Nasarawa State between the Nasarawa State Government and Flour Mills Nigeria.

Governor Zulum , who advised that the larger size of the factory workforce should be the indigenes of Nasarawa state, also noted that the establishment of the factory would go a long way in creating job opportunities for the indiegenes of the state and further influence economic growth to support the state and the country at large.
